I felt so lucky to be able to shoot them live. This concert was an unforgettable moment for the audience, and the band itself.

The night after the concert, one of the member of the band wrote a note;

“I’ve never seen anything quite like it, only at Iggy Pop shows, possibly would it come close maybe.

No one can control this night, it was already decided long before we arrived.

We just had to play along and let everyone sing it back to us.

There are a lot of places I love to travel to and specifically play music.

But South East Asia is one of my favorite corners of the world to just be and breathe.

I don’t know how to explain it, but I feel like all the different forces of nature congregate here somehow.

You feel genuine good in the people.

It’s in the air, in the slow burn of the night, in the torn pages of their history.

And their gentle smiles.”
